Homogniser

This attachment Used in the prepration of oil-in-water and water-in-oil construction in quantities up in 30 kg / hour. Homogniser isprodused by a piston pump. Materials may be fed to the pump either from a hopper, having a capacity of 1.5 liters. Or a screw nozzle may be attached with a suction filter, which sucks the premixed materials from a storage container. Homogniser takes place by the forward and backward movements of the piston. A vaccume is created during the backstroke of the piston, which sucks the liquid back. During the forward movement of the piston, the liquid is pushed against the tips of the nozzle. Adjustment of this nozzel determines the fineness of the homognenization. Homognizer is equipped with a graduated scale. Hopper, piston and nozzel are made of stainless steel.

Drum Hoop Mixer

This unit is suitable to attached Horizontal Main Drive [HMD], hoop mixer is suitable to research as well as industrial use in the pharmaceutical, chemical industries, food industries and plastic industries. Drum Hoop mixer comprises of two parts:

• The drive units with drum hoop support stand assembly.
• Acrylic mixing drum with rotating mechanism. The drum hoop mixer having drum capacity of 5 Kg. Operational capacity 3.00 Kg.

Lab Kneder

Inside of the through two z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at different speed. The special shape of the stirrers and the speed differential at which they operate shorten substantially the required mixing time. Stirrers and trough are made of stainless steel. The unit had a capacity of 3 to 4 kg. The through can be delivered with a double jacket for colling or heating with water. The trough is clossed with cover made of acrylic so that the kheading operation can be watched. The trough can be tiltedfor emptying or cleaning.

Wet Granulator

This machine is equiped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of varius granule sizes. Sieves are easily exchangable. rotor , sieve and all parts coming in to contect with the material are constructed of stainless steel.Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size. The capacity of the machine depands of the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 25-30 kg per hour.

Counting & Filling for Tab. & Capsule

This machine is suitable for Horizontal Main Drive [HMD]. This is an automatic counting and filling capsules, tablets, coated tablets, pills and all ball shaped objects with diameter from 5 mm to 20 mm in to bottles, tins and polybags etc. suitable change parts can change in a few minutes. Tablets and capsules are counted with a rotating disc. Output Capacity depends upon the size of product. Tablets and Capsules range between 1000 to 1500 fills per hour, Coated tablets between 1500 to 1800 per hour. The unit can be supplied as a combination machine for all type of objects or only for tablets or capsules or coated tablets. For manufacturering counting interchangeable discs which can be ordered at any time as a changepart.all parts coming in to contact with the objects are either made of stainless steel aluminum anodized or plastic.
